Cold Side Chef

The Crab & Lobster are currently recruiting for a cold side kitchen assistant to join our team.

The successful applicant will have some experience of working in a commercial kitchen environment and have an interest in progressing though the ranks. A typical day will involve assisting the chefs to prepare ingredients before service, making and presenting starters, sandwiches and deserts and helping with daily cleaning duties

Requirements & Responsibilities:

To work closely with the Head Chef to ensure efficiently & food is prepared & presented to the highest standards, served efficiently & is consistent
Willing to learn
Self-motivated
Be organised and have good communication skills
