Co-Store Manager - Lead Team & Deliver Great Sales

Machine Mart Ltd is seeking a Store Supervisor in Leicester to help run the store alongside the Store Manager. You will co-manage 4-6 staff, lead by example, and be present up to 45 hours per week with flexible time off in lieu for extra hours.

You will motivate the team to deliver excellent customer service, meet challenging sales targets, and build rapport with customers choosing products carefully.
