Co-Ownership Housing - Digital Transformation Board Member

As Northern Ireland's regional body for shared home ownership, Co-Ownership Housing has been operating at the leading edge of affordable housing policy for over 4o years. The organisation is both a registered housing association and a registered charity and has helped over 34,000 households into homes to date, holding housing stock of over 10,000 properties.
Co-Ownership has undertaken a successful programme of transformation and modernisation over recent years, ensuring that the organisation continues to extend its reach and positive impact upon society whilst striving for excellence in both customer and employee experience.
To support its continued success into the future, Co-Ownership is seeking to appoint two experienced professionals (1 Digital Transformation Board member and 1 Finance Board member) to contribute at Board and wider Committee level, who are committed to Co-Ownership's Vision, Purpose and Values.
As a Board member you will contribute through your digital leadership and transformation expertise, provide oversight of the delivery of Co-Ownerships Strategic Plan and provide exemplary leadership in governance, business planning and risk management. You will also be a champion for Co-Ownership's work and its positive contribution to our society. You will be required to leadership experience at a strategic level (operating at or reporting to Board level in a customer centric business. have strong communication skills, with the ability to assimilate complex information and provide constructive challenge and fresh thinking.
