An exciting opportunity awaits in our Reablement Service! We're looking for someone passionate about Adult Social Care to join our team and help us deliver outstanding support to vulnerable adults in the community.

• Play a key role in planning, organising, and providing a timely response to queries.

What we're looking for:

• Full driving licence
• 4 GCSE at grade "C" or above or equivalent level qualifications or relevant experience in a similar role.
• ICT Qualification such as EDCL, ICT GCSE or equivalent experience.
