Co-Occurring Recovery Worker - Development Path

NHS Jobs is seeking a Co-occurring Conditions Development Recovery Worker to join Inclusion Recovery Hampshire. You will work with service users who have co-occurring mental health and substance use conditions, focusing on recovery focused outcomes and harm reduction in community settings.

Based in the South of Hampshire with potential bases in Fareham or Havant, you will collaborate with Community Mental Health services and Primary Care Networks to deliver person-centred care and support
