Your tasks include taking over medium-term exclusive management of Bocks SA, responsibility for budget objectives in terms of turnover and margins while respecting prescribed costs, developing Bocks SA's activities based on trust and proximity across all sales, and autonomous management of significant projects. Supporting the company's growth while expanding opportunities in the markets between the headquarters of the Hasler group and Bocks requires entrepreneurial spirit and a desire to take on responsibilities. You should have a precise, structured, and conscientious work method - both independently and as part of a team. Digital skills, analytical mindset, and a taste for supporting change are essential. Good oral and written knowledge of French, English, and German, experience in sales and personnel management, ideally some experience in the watchmaking and jewelry industry, and an extensive network in the sector are preferred. You must also have interpersonal skills that are careful and assertive and be available for regular business travel.
