Cpl Healthcare, in partnership with our client, are currently accepting applications for the position of CNM2 for their North Tipperary / South Offaly services.

The RoleThe CNM2 will provide clinical leadership and operational management within residential services, ensuring high quality, safe, and person centred supports to individuals with intellectual disabilities. The role involves leading teams, ensuring regulatory compliance, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement, inclusion, and collaboration.
Salary€62,078 - €78,443 (LSI)
Salary is subject to relevant public sector experience and pro rata depending on contracted hours.
Essential Criteria- Current registration with NMBI in the RNID division
- A recognised management qualification at FETAC/QQI Level 6 (or equivalent)
- Full clean manual driving licence and access to own transport
- Proficiency in spoken and written English
- Previous experience at CNM1 level or equivalent within intellectual disability services
- Minimum of 5 years post registration nursing experience, including at least 2 years in disability services
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with families and the multidisciplinary team (MDT)
- Detailed knowledge of HIQA Standards, Health Act 2007, and the role of the Person in Charge
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to work on own initiative, manage change, and motivate teams
