We are looking for one of our clients, active in the industrial sector based in the Canton of Geneva, CNC Turning Setter (M/F). Your mission:- Reading plans- Production and series change on CNC lathes- Changing tools and measuring gauges on machine- Reading and modifying a program- Aesthetic, dimensional, and geometric control in production- Managing production documents (FAC, IF, IC, etc.)- Regular feedback to the supervisor on completed work and encountered issues as well as proposing solutions or regarding the machine park (first-level maintenance, level checks, etc.)- Operating two machines with tool mounting, adjustment, deburring, and control in masked time- Managing cutting tools at the workstation- Respecting internal procedures and production standards- Developing versatility with another sector and/or another machine to absorb potential workload- Participating in the adjustments if necessaryYour profile:- CFC mechanic or equivalent- Experience on SIEMENS 840D CNC- Mastery of basic functions of the office package- Team spirit and professionalism- Proactivity- Rigor- Ability to work as part of a teamIf you are ready to take on this exciting challenge offering great perspectives, please send us your complete application as soon as possible (CV, work certificate, diploma, identification document, criminal record extract).
