Are you an experienced CNC Turner looking to take the next step into a supervisory role with a stable, growing manufacturer offering long term progression and further technical development? This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled CNC Turner to step up into a Working Supervisor position, where you will be given industry leading training in supervision and leadership while continuing to develop technically within a well established precision engineering environment.

The company is a highly regarded engineering manufacturer supplying specialist components across a range of industries. Due to continued investment, growth and expansion within their machining department, they are now looking to appoint a CNC Turner Supervisor to help lead day to day operations on the shop floor.

You will play a key role in supporting the smooth running of the machine shop, working closely with the team while receiving structured training to develop your supervisory skills. This is a Monday to Friday, days based position with genuine routes to progress further as the business continues to grow. This role would suit an experienced CNC Turner, CNC Machinist or aspiring Supervisor looking to progress into leadership with a secure company that will invest in their development and offer clear future progression opportunities.

The Role:

• Monday to Friday, days based role with industry leading training in supervision and leadership
