This role would suit a skilled CNC Turner or similar, with experience programming and setting CNC Turners, who is confident interpreting engineering drawings, maintaining tight tolerances, and working to high quality standards within a precision engineering environment.

In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for programming, setting, and operating CNC Turners, ensuring components are manufactured accurately and efficiently while maintaining excellent quality and health & safety standards across production.

The Role:

• Programming, setting, and operating CNC Turners
• Interpreting engineering drawings and tolerances
• Manufacturing precision components for Aerospace, Defence, Subsea, High-end Engineering
• Maintaining high quality and health & safety standards
• Working Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 16:30
• Overtime available in the week and Saturdays paid at 1.33x in the week and 1.5x on saturdays

The Person:

• CNC Turner or similar background
• Apprenticeship trained or 3+ years machining experience
• Strong understanding of tooling, materials, and tolerances
• Good communication skills and team-oriented attitude
