Elevation Recruitment Group are delighted to be working in partnership with a well-established, global manufacturing business based in Rotherham to recruit an experienced CNC Turner to join their skilled machine shop team.

Shift Pattern

Rotating weekly:

• Monday to Friday - Mornings
• Monday to Thursday - Afternoons

Salary & Benefits

• £32,291.55 basic + 25% shift allowance
• Total earnings: £36,327.99
• Equivalent to £16.34 per hour + 25% shift premium on afters
• Overtime opportunities available

Key Responsibilities

• Setting and operating and editing CNC Lathes
• Producing precision components to engineering drawings
• Tool changes, offsets, and basic programming edits
• Quality inspection using measuring equipment
• Maintaining high standards of safety and housekeeping

About You

• Proven experience as a CNC Turner
• Ability to set and operate independently
• Strong understanding of tolerances and technical drawings
• Experience within a manufacturing/engineering environment
• Reliable, team-focused and quality driven
