CNC Technician / Programmer

CNC Programmer / CNC Technician / CNC Machinist required to join a manufacturer in Bradford, West Yorkshire.

The CNC Programmer / CNC Machinist will work within a machine shop, setting up, operating and programming machine tools. This includes programming, setting up and modifying HAAS controlled CNC machines for precision turning & milling (1 50 off, small batches).

• Salary depending on experience
• Monday Thursday 07 30 and Friday 07 45
• 28 days holiday plus 3 days over Christmas

• Program, set up and modify HAAS controlled CNC machines for precision turning & milling
• Study sample parts, blueprints, drawings and engineering information in order to produce small batch parts
• Read engineering drawings
• Program vertical machining centres using OneCNC CADCAM package
• Liaise with various engineering departments
• Machine shop based in Bradford, West Yorkshire

• Proven experience programming and modifying CNC machines - HAAS or Fanuc
• Proficient in creation and modification of CNC code
• Experience as a CNC Programmer / CNC Technician / CNC Machinist or similar
• Engineering qualification / apprentice trained
• Commutable to Bradford, West Yorkshire
