• Collaborate with production teams to optimize workflows and contribute to process improvements
• Inspect tools and materials to uphold the highest standards in quality and efficiency

• Proven experience as a CNC Specialist, ideally in a high-tech or precision environment
• Skilled in setting up, programming, and operating CNC machines
• Strong focus on quality and detail, with knowledge of inspection and measurement techniques
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and work instructions accurately
• A proactive, independent mindset with a hands-on and solution-driven approach
