Job Description

Location: Rotherham, Yorkshire
Hours of Work:
Week 1 - Monday - Friday / 6:00am - 2:00pm
Week 2 - Monday - Friday / 2:00pm - 10:00pm
Week 3 - Monday - Friday / 10:00pm - 6:00am
37.5 hours per week

Responsibilities

Independently program, set up, and operate CNC machinery to craft parts as per the specified standards.
Interpret technical drawings and program CNC machine accordingly.
Supervise machines during operation, making real-time adjustments for enhanced results.
Maintain machinery cleanliness and functionality on a daily basis.
Check the completed products for precision, ensuring alignment with MTL Advanced's specifications.
Promptly report and document any discrepancies in machine or tooling operations.
Engage proactively with the engineering and production units to meet and exceed quality benchmarks.

Knowledge, Skills, Experience

Demonstrated experience as a CNC Programmer/Operator (Minimum of 3 years preferred).
Experience with Fanuc controls.
Experience with precision measurement instruments.
Ability to seamlessly interpret technical drawings.
Excellent communicator.
Innate problem-solving and troubleshooting capacities.
