The company is a UK-based precision engineering and manufacturing specialist serving the aerospace, automotive, motorsport and medical sectors, specialising in CNC milling and turning, sheet metal fabrication, surface treatments, quality inspection and product assembly.

The role involves developing and optimising CNC programs for multi-axis milling and turning centres, ensuring aerospace quality standards are met. Responsibilities include interpreting technical drawings, selecting tooling, running simulations and inspections, supporting operators, driving process improvements and working closely with different teams throughout the manufacturing process.

The role would suit someone with CNC Programming experience looking to work on a complex product range and technically develop their career.

• Develop, prove out, and optimise CNC programs for multi-axis milling and turning centres to aerospace standards.
• Interpret drawings and CAD models, select tooling, and verify processes through simulations and inspections.
• Support operators during setup and production while driving process improvements for efficiency and tool life.
