CNC Programmer Setter M/F

We are looking for a permanent position for one of our clients in the Geneva region: CNC Programmer Setter H/5 Axes: Design, develop, and optimize machining programs (milling and turning) for watch components (cases, backs, bezels), with good knowledge of machines such as Willemin, Robotdrill, in production: Ensure communication by actively participating in the setup and adjustments of machines & Performance: Be strongly involved in the continuous improvement of production processes regarding cycle times and the quality of finished products. Technical Support: Provide technical support to setters and assist in solving complex problems. Solid skills in CNC CAD/CAM Gibbscam. Required technical expertise: CFC in Micromechanics, Polymechanics, or an equivalent title. Confirmed experience (minimum 5 years) on 5-axis machines. Essential expertise in Watchmaking Finishing. Complete mastery of GibbsCAM X and professionalism. Excellent team spirit and ability to propose continuous improvements and solutions.
