CNC Machinist

Norwest Engineering Ltd is a long-established engineering company manufacturing a very varied range of products for numerous companies.

Requirements and skills

Proven experience as CNC operator
Skill in operating CNC machinery and tooling as well as precision measurement tools
Ability to read and interpret mechanical documents and drawings.
Have a basic understanding of computer programming and CAD/CAM
Mechanical aptitude and good maths skills
A keen eye for detail and results-driven approach
Good communication skills
HNC/D or equivalent; certificate or diploma in engineering or relevant discipline is a plus.
Successfully completed apprenticeship is required.

We are located in a rural area so own transport would be required

Salary negotiable £30,000 - £34,500 P.A. , 25 days holiday + bank holidays

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £30,000.00-£34,500.00 per year
