Job Description
Ilmor in Northamptonshire is seeking an experienced CNC Setter/Operator to join our on-site manufacturing team. The role covers 3AX and 5AX milling, setting and operating to meet production schedules on a day shift (8-5 Mon-Thurs, 8-4 Fri).
You will work with Matsuura and MAZAK mills, ensuring high-quality parts and efficient cell utilization. The ideal candidate has apprentice-level training (minimum level 3) with substantial CNC experience, strong GD&T interpretation, and a proactive
