You should have

Technical & Strategic

  • Several years of experience in senior marketing, marketing technology, revenue growth and partnership positions in the SaaS or B2B environment.
  • Experience in cross-channel marketing optimisation (SEO, SEA, social media, etc.) of B2B business models.
  • Proficient in KPIs and data-driven marketing strategies in the HR tech environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of continuous performance marketing optimisation across the entire funnel - from visibility to conversion.
  • Expertise in branding, especially in the development of unique and differentiated brands and campaigns.
  • Experience with enterprise customers or, even better, complex target groups (SMEs).
  • Optional plus: Solid experience in customer success management.

Your mission

As Vice President of Marketing, you will be responsible for the strategic and operational direction of the entire marketing department. You will lead a growing, high-performing team across marketing and sales partnerships and play a key role in making the business more scalable, positioning our brand in the market - and building something special. You are not only strategically savvy, but also eager to get involved in operational tasks.


What you'll do
  • Sales and budget responsibility:
    • You are responsible for marketing budgets and their efficient use.
    • Optimisation of marketing ROI through targeted channel integration and scaling.
    • Control and analysis of standard SaaS marketing KPIs to ensure target achievement.
  • Create excitement (brand building):
    • You rethink topics and are not afraid to implement them yourself - you develop a brand that is unique within the HR tech industry and clearly stands out from the competition.
    • You are the driving force behind our identity - with the goal of not only being visible, but also noticeably different.
    • You develop target group-specific brand messages optimised for SaaS products and creative campaigns that leave a lasting impression on all relevant target groups.
  • Maximise Impact (Performance Marketing):
    • You are responsible for the strategy and implementation of performance channels such as SEA, SEO, paid social, etc.
    • You test, evaluate and scale new growth levers and channels.
    • You will ensure that our campaigns work along the funnel of a SaaS company - from awareness to conversion - and optimise overall customer acquisition costs.
    • You have a proven track record of working with SaaS KPIs and data-driven marketing strategies (ARR, MRR, churn, etc.).
    • Ideally, you have experience at the interface between marketing and product - you understand MarTech stacks, are familiar with tracking concepts, work closely with product and data teams, and develop data-driven strategies along the entire user journey.
  • Customer is King (Partnerships):
    • You will lead the Sales Partnerships team, develop it strategically and ensure that our service level inspires our customers.
    • In doing so, you will increase customer lifetime value and ensure maximum customer satisfaction and loyalty.
    • You will identify, develop and manage strategic enterprise sales and marketing partnerships and build a high-revenue partner network.
    • In doing so, you will organise trust-building and sales-promoting measures such as
    • webinars, trade fair appearances and round tables.
    • You will be involved in the strategic and operational planning of go-to-market teams in the enterprise software environment.
  • 1 team, 1 goal (teamwork):
    • You will lead, support and develop a growing team - always ready to get involved in the implementation yourself, empathetic and with a clear eye for performance and potential.
    • You build structures and processes that enable focus, speed and clarity in a dynamic HR tech environment - and you are always honest, direct and open to criticism.
    • You work closely with other departments and the founding team, share and promote ideas, and help shape an active and constructive feedback culture.
