The hotel is ideal for meetings and events with its newly renovated event facilities, including a grand historic ballroom.
About the job
Based at the Mandarin Oriental Savoy, Zurich the Revenue Manager is to support our Cluster Director of Revenue Strategy across multiple properties. This role is integral to optimizing revenue performance, enhancing market share, and driving profitability through strategic data analysis, effective collaboration, and disciplined execution of Revenue Management best practices.

THE ROLEAs Cluster Revenue Manager, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

Partner closely with the Cluster Director of Revenue Strategy on all key responsibilities, initiatives, and strategic decisions.

Provide leadership support and coverage in the absence of the Cluster Director.

Contribute to the development and implementation of each hotel's selling strategy to maximize revenue and profitability.

Oversee day-to-day Revenue Management operations, ensuring adherence to established procedures and best practices.

Monitor and manage hotel inventory daily across all distribution channels.

Maintain accuracy and integrity across all reservations, reporting, and revenue systems.

Validate and optimize system configuration to ensure full functionality and reliable data.

Extract, analyze, and interpret data to generate actionable insights that support strategic decision-making.

Produce timely and accurate reports, presentations, and forecasts.

Develop rooms and function-space forecasts, including 3-month, 6-month, long-range, and budget projections.

Identify current and emerging business challenges, providing solutions based on analytical evaluation and critical thinking.

Foster strong working relationships with operational, commercial, and cross-functional teams across all hotels.

Actively participate in Weekly Commercial Strategy Meetings.

Support the implementation of revenue initiatives and broader commercial projects.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Excellent mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

Solid understanding of hotel distribution systems (e.g., GDS, SynXis).

Experience working with both automated and manual revenue management systems.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Collaborative team player who thrives in cross-functional settings.

Preferred: Minimum 2 years of experience in hotel revenue management, ideally across multiple properties.
