What You'll Be Doing

As our Cluster HR Executive, you'll play a key role in supporting our teams and leaders by:

• Managing Employee Relations cases and providing practical HR guidance and support.
• Leading the monthly payroll process, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Supporting and enhancing our Learning & Development strategy.
• Designing and delivering engaging training programmes and workshops.
• Coaching and supporting Heads of Department on employee relations matters.
• Ensuring compliance with current employment legislation and company policies.
• Promoting a culture of coaching, mentoring, and continuous improvement.
• Driving employee engagement initiatives and wellbeing programmes.
• Supporting talent management, succession planning, and retention strategies.
• Building strong relationships with stakeholders across all departments.
• Leading by example and making confident, sound decisions in a busy and dynamic environment.

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate will have:

• Excellent knowledge of UK Employment Law and HR best practice.
• Previous experience in a generalist HR role with Employee Relations expertise.
• Experience researching, developing, and implementing HR policies and procedures.
• A proven ability to create and deliver training content.
• Previous people management experience with the ability to lead, coach, and develop others.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities.
• A professional, personable, and highly confidential approach.
• Hospitality or retail experience is desirable but not essential.
• A positive, flexible attitude and a genuine passion for people.
