Cluster HR Executive - Payroll, L&D & Coaching

Lighthouse Hotel Management is seeking a Cluster HR Executive (Maternity Cover) to partner with hotel leadership across properties. The role focuses on employee relations, payroll oversight, and learning & development, driving a culture of engagement and excellence.

The successful candidate will have strong UK employment law knowledge, experience in HR policy creation, and a track record of coaching and developing teams. Hospitality background is preferred to fit our fast-paced context.
