The Cluster Deli Manager oversees deli operations across multiple retail locations in the Limerick area. This role focuses on driving sales, maintaining food safety, and managing team leaders at designated sites.

Core Responsibilities Operations & Growth

• Maximize sales: Meet profit targets across all assigned locations.
• Control waste: Monitor stock levels and minimize food shrinkage.
• Audit standards: Ensure consistent food quality at every site.

Compliance & Safety

• HACCP management: Maintain strict food safety and hygiene logs.
• Safety regulations: Ensure full compliance with Irish statutory requirements.

Team Leadership

• Manage staff: Support and train local deli supervisors.
• Roster control: Optimize retail shifts to manage labor costs.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 2-3 years in retail deli management.
• Expertise: Deep knowledge of fresh food operations and HACCP.
• Flexibility: Ability to work varied retail shifts as required.
• Mobility: Full clean Irish driving license and own vehicle.
