Introduction

Application Handling:

  • Employment requests are acknowledged within 48 hours.
  • Every applicant receives a personalized response to their application.
  • Applicant correspondence is handled in a timely and professional manner and interviews are set up on behalf of management.
  • CVs are distributed to Heads of Department and followed-up on.
  • Every applicant receives a final response to their employment request.

On-boarding:

  • All new joiners are personally welcomed and necessary paperwork completed in an organized and efficient manner.
  • New joiner starting dates are communicated and coordinated with the respective HODs and the Training department.

Administration:

  • Every employee has a complete employee file.
  • Employee and payroll data is maintained in systems.
  • Vacation and sick leave are tracked.
  • TTTTs are tracked.
  • Employees' anniversaries are tracked and anniversary gifts and cards are personally handed over by the Head or Department, Hotel and/or General Manager.
  • Reviewing & improving employees onboarding & off boarding processesPreparing reports on employment data, including recruiting statistics and turnover rates.
  • Managing the full cycle of the recruitment process;Preparing job descriptions, posting openings, interviewing candidates for positions within the company.

  • Supporting Updating Employee handbook.

  • Supporting Employee recognition activities.

  • Ensure compliance with benefits regulations.

  • Payroll Administration support.

  • Reference letters to be written and tracked

  • Staff House Management

  • Employee files are maintained, tracked and reviewed

  • Employment Contracts are created, reviewed and tracked

Maintenance:

  • The employee communication boards are up-to-date and attractive.
  • The employee locker rooms and cafeteria are looked after.
  • Employees are welcomed to the Human Resources office in a warm and friendly manner.
  • Maintaining employee morale by fostering a positive working environment through effective teamwork;
  • Maintaining strict employee confidentiality.
  • Assisting in resolving employee relations.

  • Assisting in the yearly management of the employee survey KEES;

  • Ensuring employee data is handled and protected under applicable compliance laws.

Exit:

  • Every leaver receives an exit interview.
  • Every leaver respecting a notice period receives an employment certificate on their last working day.
  • Conducting exit interviews with departing employees to learn why they are leaving the company and how the company might improve its retention rate in the future.
  • Ensure off season support for Frutt is maintained, consistent and all necessary documents are submitted to ensure a smooth transition

What you can expect:

NATIONALITY:

  • Eligible for a working permit in country of hire


EXPERIENCE:

  • Two (2) years in a similar position within a luxury brand or an international company


LANGUAGE: Ability to work and communicate in a multinational environment:

  • Local language - excellent oral and written skills

  • Additional language - beneficial
