Clubhouse Server

HiStory Hospitality are seeking a personable and professional Clubhouse Server to deliver exceptional service across both the dining room and bar within a prestigious clubhouse environment. This role is focused on creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere for members and guests throughout the day, ensuring attentive and seamless service across breakfast, lunch, casual dining, and bar operations.

The successful candidate will be confident working across both floor and bar service, supporting the wider front-of-house team to maintain high standards of hospitality and guest experience at all times.

• Previous experience as a Server, Waiter/Waitress, or Bartender within a luxury hotel, private members' club, golf clubhouse, restaurant, or high-end hospitality environment
• Confident delivering both restaurant floor service and bar service in a professional and friendly manner
• Strong knowledge of food, wine, cocktails, beers, and non-alcoholic beverages, with a willingness to continue learning
• Ability to manage multiple tables and bar guests efficiently while maintaining exceptional attention to detail
• A warm and engaging personality with excellent communication and guest-relations skills
• Comfortable working across breakfast, lunch, and casual clubhouse dining services
• Ability to work collaboratively within a close-knit front-of-house team in a fast-paced environment
• Highly organised, proactive, and calm under pressure during busy service periods
• Strong understanding of service standards, cleanliness, and health & safety procedures
• Flexible and adaptable, with a hands on attitude and willingness to support different areas of the clubhouse operation
