Club Manager, Leamington & County Golf Club

Leamington & County Golf Club is seeking an exceptional and highly motivated Club Manager to lead the day to day operations, development, and continued success of our thriving members' golf club.

This is a unique opportunity for an experienced manager to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the Club, working closely with the Board, Committees, staff, members, and external stakeholders to deliver an outstanding golfing and social experience.

About the Role

Reporting directly to the Board, the Club Manager will be responsible for the overall management of the Club's operations, finances, hospitality, facilities, staff, governance, member services, and commercial activities.

The successful candidate will be a proactive leader who can combine strategic thinking with hands on operational management. They will be expected to bring fresh ideas, drive continuous improvement, and contribute positively to the Club's long term development and sustainability.

About You

We are looking for an enthusiastic and professional individual who can demonstrate:

• Proven leadership and management experience
• Strong financial and business acumen
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience of managing teams and multiple stakeholders
• Strong organisational and planning abilities
• Confidence using modern IT systems, databases, and digital communication tools
• A proactive approach to problem solving and continuous improvement
• The ability to work effectively with staff, volunteers, members, and external partners

Experience within the golf, leisure, hospitality, membership, or not for profit sectors would be advantageous, although candidates from other relevant backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
