We are recruiting for this amazing health and fitness job in Rustington. We are looking for an outstanding manager to work with a well-renowned and rapidly growing independent business within the health and fitness industry.

The Role

• The day to day running of the facilities
• Inspiring and managing the team to drive high performance, provide excellent levels of customer service, and consistently going above and beyond to deliver
• Managing budgets, KPIs, P&L and driving club performance
• Strong focus on standards and levels of service; deliver upon these

The Person

• Experienced manager who can demonstrate a high level of experience running their own department or club
• Understanding about the levels of service needed to make the business a success
• Experience in high end club management, with a passion for fitness
• Strong leader and people motivator, able to get the best from a team and willing to roll up sleeves when needed
• Sales experience ideal; backgrounds in club management, fitness management and operations management within high end facilities
