Location: Southampton (Woolston)

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 (Depending on experience) + performance-based bonus

Snap Fitness is one of the world's leading 24/7 gym brands, with over 2,000 clubs globally.

We are now looking for a driven, hands on Club Manager to take full ownership of our Southampton club and push it to the next level.

The Role

You will be responsible for driving the overall performance of the club, with a strong focus on sales, standards, and retention.

This is a hands on role- leading from the front, setting the tone, and holding the team accountable.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive membership sales, revenue, and retention
• Take full ownership of club performance and targets
• Maintain exceptional standards across the gym floor and facilities
• Lead, develop, and manage the team to high performance
• Deliver a standout member experience
• Execute local marketing and outreach activity
• Build relationships within the local community
• Monitor KPIs and take action to improve performance
