Club Manager - Fitness & leisure. Closes 21 July

We're seeking an experienced Fitness Manager, Gym Manager or Club Manager to take the lead at a busy, community-focused fitness and leisure facility in London. This is a hands on leadership role for someone who enjoys being visible, building strong teams and taking ownership of an operation. You'll be responsible for the overall performance of the club, leading a team across the fitness, operations and customer service, while ensuring members and community users receive a consistently high-quality experience. The centre plays an important role within the local community, so we're looking for someone who can balance commercial performance with creating an inclusive and welcoming environment for everyone who walks through the doors.

What you'll be doing

• Leading, motivating and developing a team across the facility
• Driving membership sales, retention and customer engagement
• Ensuring the club operates safely, efficiently and to a high standard
• Managing budgets, reporting and day to day operational performance
• Building relationships with local groups, partners and stakeholders
• Handling customer feedback and continuously improving the member experience
• Overseeing health & safety, compliance and safeguarding responsibilities
• Supporting the delivery of fitness programmes, activities and community initiatives

What we're looking for

You'll already have management experience within the leisure, fitness or wider hospitality sector and be confident leading people, managing performance and delivering excellent customer service. We're particularly interested in speaking with candidates who:
