Cloud-Connected Backend & Systems Engineer

Induct Inc. is seeking a backend/systems engineer to own and evolve their backend systems that power a cloud-connected access control platform. This role involves developing reliable production systems that communicate within real-world conditions and retrofit existing infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will have a strong engineering judgement, a desire for ownership, and an interest in systems. You'll work in a fast-moving team, influencing architecture and technical direction.
