Philippe SA Geneva Clothing Manager Philippe SA Geneva Clothing Manager (M/F) Mission As part of this position, in our Clothing Division, within the Logistics Department, you will ensure the management of the team as well as the Production Plan of the division by ensuring coordination between services. Responsibilities Plan, organize, and lead the activities of your Office while respecting quality and deadlines. Lead, support, encourage, motivate, and develop your team. Coordinate and analyze flows. Ensure the adjustment of resources according to production capacities and the workload plan. Design, develop, implement, and monitor dashboards for the division and coordinate with the respective Divisions clients. Establish with the Logistics Manager the Production Plans, synchronize and do everything necessary to achieve the objectives of the university or equivalent in Industrial Logistics or Production Management. Minimum 10 years of professional experience in the field of logistics, ideally in a manufacturing environment with at least 5 years of team management experience. Excellent understanding of logistics flows, techniques, and methodologies in production management in a manufacturing environment. Good mastery of an ERP (ideally SAP) and office tools (MS Office). Ability to lead and motivate a team. Excellent analytical and synthesis skills. Organized and rigorous.
