Job Description
Responsibilities 
- Deal Document Oversight - Ensuring information from clients relating to Deal documents are received and documented correctly in a timely fashion.
- Deal Onboarding - Set up of deals across various systems, gathering of tax documentation and managing deadlines with CLO Relationship Managers.
- Queries & Escalations - Acting as escalation contact for business line queries and requests, managing tracking of new deal set up across stages.
- Change Management - Continuous seeking for improvements, efficiencies and enhanced controls in DOM processes.
- Understanding regulations related to processes, e.g. CAR, Mifid, and risks to avoid potential issues.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, or equivalent work experience.
- Three to five years of experience in deal onboarding team.
- Good knowledge of trust and securities operational functions, systems, procedures, products and services.
- Good knowledge and understanding of legal, regulatory and accounting principles affecting Wealth Management & Securities Services business lines and clients.
