Clinical Trial Manager

In the Clinical Research department, the main objective is the clinical development of InnoMedica's products in neurology and oncology with the aim of applying innovative drugs in clinical trials to patients and ultimately bringing them to market.

Your responsibilities include:

• Development and design of clinical trials
• Preparation of clinical trial applications in collaboration with our regulatory department and investigators
• Organization and coordination of clinical trials in Switzerland in cooperation with external stakeholders
• Regular visits of clinical sites and monitoring of study results
• Data management
• Participation in routine Pharmacovigilance
• Assurance of GCP compliance

As prerequisites for this exciting position, we expect a degree in (bio)medicine, biochemistry, pharmacy or a similar field, ideally with a PhD. You are GCP-certified and have gained initial experience with research projects in either an academic or pharmaceutical setting. Among your strengths are excellent communication skills and a precise working style. You reliably manage complex projects and handle administrative tasks with care and accuracy. Demonstrating both initiative and independence, you also bring strong team spirit and thrive in the dynamic environment of an innovative start-up. Fluency in English is required; knowledge of German or French is an asset.
