Be a part of it.We are looking for a confident Clinical Team Leader (RMN or RNLD) for Sunrise Ward, at Cygnet Hospital Ealing, who can inspire, support and oversee the delivery of the very best care.You will be expected to work 38.5 hours a week (days and night shifts) making a positive difference to the lives of the people in our care.Day shifts - (7:30am - 8pm)Night shifts - (7:30pm - 8amCygnet Hospital Ealing provides a welcoming, non-institutional environment, offering personalised treatment for service users with an eating disorder or personality disorder over two separate wards.Sunrise Ward at Cygnet Hospital Ealing provides a highly specialised eating disorder service for women, including those with extremely low BMIs. We focus on supporting individuals to attain a healthy BMI and prepare for a return to home.Your day-to-day Take lead responsibility in undertaking regular care auditsProvide clinical leadership, coaching & mentoring for the development of servicesMaintain excellence through clinical practice development & quality improvementBe responsible for a planned programme of support across your area of focus as determined by the annual plan for Quality and ComplianceBe an active member of clinical working committees relevant to roleAttend all training and engage in CPD to further knowledge & promote nursingUnder NMC guidelines, ensure that individual care plans are complete & maintainedAdminister medicines within healthcare procedure and Healthcare Commission guidelinesWhy Cygnet?
