NHS Fife is seeking an experienced Clinical Staff Bank Manager to lead the strategic and operational management of our Staff Bank service, transforming its delivery to support safe, high-quality patient care.
You will manage 3,000 bank workers and oversee a service handling 76,000 shifts annually, with a circa £400k budget, driving recruitment, training and workforce development while partnering with clinical leaders and national partners.
