Clinical Specialist

• You will be an expert in Masimo's non-invasive monitoring technologies, including pulse oximetry and brain health monitoring technologies.
• TheClinicalSpecialist(CS)willberesponsibleforeducatingMasimocustomersonour products andsolutions.
• TheCSwillworkwiththefieldindevelopingresearchaccountsandconductandfollow-upon clinical evaluations involving Masimo technology.
• Trainingnewandpotentialuserswillbeanimportantaspectoftheposition;thusanabilityto transfer knowledge is a must.
• TheCSwillbepartofaprofessionalteamandwillpartnerwiththeeffortsofothers in the region to advance sales and market penetration of Masimo products and solutions.
• Position Masimo SET as the new standard for pulse oximetry. Participate in programs to build and maintain end-user awareness (e.g., trade show, regional symposium, competitive analysis, etc.),
• Maintain thorough product knowledge including ability to demonstrate products, position products vs. competitive products, training of existing partner sales force and in-service end-users.PowerPointpresentationskillswillbenecessarytocommunicateMasimo'svisionand valueproposition.
• The CS will working in all areas of the hospital with Masimo's portfolio.

• Nurse diploma. Other disciplines considered depending on experience andexpertise.
• Min 2-3 years in direct critical care, NICU, PICU (Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, Pediatrics Intensive Care Unit), operating theatres or emergency medicalexperience.
• Prior sales/clinical support experiencepreferred.
• Excellent and effective English oral and written communicationskills.
• PC literate and have excellent organizationalskills.
• Direct experience in customer interactions andpresentations.
• Independent problem solver with prior managerial/leadership experiencepreferred.
• Abilitytobeanintegralpartofaninnovative,fast-pacedclinical&businessdevelopment team.
• Ability and willingness to travel as per businessrequirements.
