Clinical Research Scientist/Study Leader

Clinical Research Scientist/Study Leader vacancy for our basel based client in the Pharma sector.

Your tasks:

• Lead or support clinical protocol development in collaboration with the Medical Lead and cross-functional partners
• Author and review clinical protocols, amendments, and related study documents
• Support study concept development, feasibility assessment, and operational execution planning
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and select high-performing sites and support recruitment delivery
• Lead or support global cross-functional trial teams to ensure timely delivery of study milestones
• Review and interpret clinical trial data, including safety trends, dose escalation outcomes, and study results for reporting

Your experience/knowledge:

• Degree in life sciences or healthcare; advanced degree preferred such as PhD, MD, PharmD or Master's
• Approximately 2+ years' experience in clinical trials or clinical development
• Strong understanding of clinical trial methodology, ideally with early clinical development exposure
• Operational project management experience with strong planning, prioritization and problem-solving skills
• Working knowledge of clinical finance principles and familiarity with ICH-GCP, regulations and SOPs
• Language skills: English

Work setting: Possible home office 1 day per week to be aligned with manager.
