Job Title: Clinical Research Nurse

Banding: Band 5/6

Location: Leicester

Hourly Pay Rate: £25 - £30 per hour

Join a team driven by one purpose - improving global health outcomes. Our client is looking for a dedicated, NMC-registered Nurse to step into the exciting world of clinical research, supporting innovative clinical trials across multiple therapeutic areas.

What You'll Do

• Carry out participant visits, observations, interventions and safety checks in line with study protocols and SOPs
• Complete pre-screen assessments to support strong patient recruitment
• Build positive relationships that encourage participant engagement and retention
• Record, verify and enter study data accurately into source notes and CRFs/eCRFs
• Respond to data queries promptly
• Maintain a professional, supportive environment for participants and colleagues
• Participate in MDT meetings
• Act confidently in emergencies (e.g., cardiac arrest, anaphylaxis, critical incidents)

What you will bring

• Valid NMC PIN
• Strong clinical experience within a patient-facing environment
• Excellent clinical assessment and observational skills
• Confident communicator with strong organisational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced research setting
• High attention to detail and accurate documentation
• Comfortable using electronic health record systems
