Sunbeam House Services is seeking an exceptional Clinical Practice Development Manager to lead our multidisciplinary and practice development functions across the organisation. The OpportunityAs Clinical Practice Development Manager, you will provide strategic leadership to our multidisciplinary teams, driving innovation, quality improvement and evidence-based practice across the organisation.
You will work closely with senior leaders, managers and clinical professionals to:
- Lead and develop multidisciplinary services
- Drive person-centred and rights-based practice
- Champion quality, governance and service improvement
- Support complex case reviews and clinical decision-making
- Foster collaboration, learning and innovation
- Translate strategy into meaningful outcomes for people supported
We are particularly interested in hearing from high-calibre candidates with backgrounds in:
- Social Work
- Social Care
- Nursing
- Occupational Therapy
- Speech & Language Therapy
- Physiotherapy
- Positive Behaviour Support
- Disability Services Leadership
You will bring:
- A relevant professional qualification (Level 8 or above)
- At least 5 years' post-qualification experience
- Senior leadership or management experience
- Experience leading multidisciplinary teams, projects or services
- Strong understanding of HIQA Standards, safeguarding and rights-based practice
- A collaborative, compassionate and values-led leadership style
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement and change management skills
