Job Summary: As a Clinical Pharmacist, you will play a crucial role in providing pharmaceutical care and expertise within a clinical setting. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct medication reviews and assessments.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement treatment plans.
• Provide drug information to healthcare professionals and patients.
• Monitor and manage medication therapy to achieve desired outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with relevant guidelines, protocols, and regulations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Pharmacy.
• Registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
• Relevant clinical experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
