Clinical Pharmacist Opportunity

We're currently recruiting two experienced Clinical Pharmacists to support two GP practices within a friendly and well-established setting in Westminster.

Role Details

Start Date: Immediate
Contract Length: 3 months initially, with possible extension
Working Pattern: 3 days per week (days to be confirmed)
Hours: 09:00-17:00 (30 minute break)
Rate: £40 per hour (LTD company)

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct structured medication reviews and optimise patient care
• Manage and authorise repeat prescriptions
• Run pharmacist led clinics and patient consultations
• Support safe prescribing and clinical decision making across two practices

Requirements

• Experience working within a GP practice or PCN
• Completion of the CPPE Primary Care Pathway
• SystmOne experience essential
• Independent Prescribing qualification desirable
• GPhC registration and relevant compliance/clearance

Location: On site, Westminster (across two practices)
