Clinical Pharmacist

Hourly Rate: £30. hours per week £5k relocation package

We have an exciting opportunity for a qualified Clinical Pharmacist to join a well-established and highly regarded GP practice in Minehead.

This is a permanent position based at a single site, so there's no need to travel between locations. The role offers flexibility with hours.

You'll be working alongside a friendly and supportive multidisciplinary team, in a practice known for its excellent CQC rating and strong community reputation.

As a Clinical Pharmacist, you should be confident in the following areas:

• Prescribing
• Conducting medication reviews
• Authorising repeat prescriptions

• £30.69 per hour
• Flexible hours - 30 hours per week, with you setting the working pattern
• 5 weeks annual leave (increasing to 6 weeks with service)
• Free on-site parking
• Supportive clinical environment
