Clinical Pharmacist - Primary Care Team & Medicines Safety

NHS is currently recruiting for a full time ARRS Clinical Pharmacist to work across several GP practices within SAPA 5 PCN in Sheffield. The successful candidate will manage prescription-related queries, conduct medication reconciliations, and support clinical teams to ensure high-quality patient care. This position offers a chance to further develop clinical skills in a supportive environment. Pay ranges from £24 to £26 an hour depending on primary care experience.
