Job Description
Mowlam Healthcare is recruiting a Clinical Nurse Manager for Ballinasloe Care Centre. Lead nursing and care across clinical practice, medication management, staff supervision, auditing and resident relations. Ensure high care standards, staff development and regulatory compliance.
The CNM will work closely with the Director of Nursing to oversee rosters, training, and performance, while maintaining a compassionate, resident centred approach.
