Clinical Nurse Manager (CNM) position, Enniscorthy, Wexford

In partnership with Cpl Healthcare, we are client are seeking to recruit a Clinical Nurse Manager for a reputable Nursing Home, in Enniscorthy, Wexford

Essential Requirements

• BSc in General Nursing (or equivalent).


• Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI).


• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.


• Excellent clinical judgment and decision-making ability.


• Ability to motivate staff and work independently.


• Previous management experience is advantageous but not essential.

The successful candidate would likely be:

• An experienced Registered General Nurse ready to step into or further develop in a management role.


• Confident leading teams and maintaining high clinical standards.


• Passionate about person-centred care and continuous quality improvement.


• Comfortable balancing hands-on clinical work with administrative and leadership responsibilities.
