We are currently hiring a Clinical Nurse Manager (CNM) to lead and support a dedicated nursing team in a Nursing Home based in Dublin, Ireland.
Provide clinical leadership and supervision to nursing and healthcare staff, ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality, person-centred care.
Oversee daily operations of the nursing home, ensuring compliance with HIQA standards and all relevant healthcare regulations.
Support and guide staff in implementing care plans, managing workloads, and maintaining professional standards.
Conduct regular audits, assessments, and reviews to monitor care quality and clinical performance.
Participate in recruitment, induction, training, and performance management of nursing and support staff.
Ensure effective communication and collaboration with residents, families, multidisciplinary teams, and external agencies.
Promote a positive and inclusive work environment that fosters teamwork, professional growth, and continuous improvement.
Manage clinical documentation and reporting, maintaining accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with policy.
Support the Director of Nursing in strategic planning, budgeting, and resource management.
Lead by example in promoting empathy, respect, and dignity in every aspect of resident care.
Registered on the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI) live register.
Previous managerial or supervisory experience in a healthcare or nursing home setting.
Minimum of 3 years' experience working in a Nursing Home or similar environment.
Demonstrated leadership, organisational, and communication skills with the ability to manage and support a multidisciplinary team.
Proven ability to motivate self and others, showing initiative and accountability in daily operations.
Strong commitment to teamwork, resident-centred care, and continuous improvement in service quality
