We are hiring a Clinical Nurse Manager for a leading nursing home in Co Dublin, Ireland.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and maintain high-quality, person-centred care for all residents.
• Support the Home Manager with the day-to-day operational management of the nursing home.
• Lead, supervise, and support staff to promote best practice and regulatory compliance.
• Administer medications and carry out general nursing duties as required.
• Ensure full compliance with HIQA standards, NMBI guidelines, and company policies and procedures.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, GPs, and the wider multidisciplinary team.

Requirements

• Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI).
• A minimum of two years' management and/or supervisory experience within a healthcare setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• A genuine commitment to providing high-quality care and support to the client group.
• Garda Vetting clearance, or willingness to obtain same, in accordance with regulatory requirements.
• Experience and/or a recognised qualification in Care of the Elderly or Gerontological Nursing.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate, support, and develop staff.
