Clinical Nurse Manager 2 High Dependence Unit (HDU) Full-time, Permanent

Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates for the position of Clinical Nurse Manager 2 HDU.

The purpose of the post is Management of the High Dependence Unit.

This is a full-time position of 37.50 hours per week.

Key Requirements for the Position

• Registered with the general division of the Register of Nurses maintained by NMBI
• Minimum five years post-registration experience in an acute hospital with relevant experience in a high-acuity area HDU / CCU
• A nursing management degree or relevant qualification, or willingness to complete same within two years of appointment.
• Minimum two years relevant people - management experience
• Hold a recognised post-registration qualification relevant to HDU / CCU, or demonstrate a willingness to undertake same within an agreed timeframe
• Hold a current ALS / ACLS certification, or demonstrate a commitment to achieve same within an agreed timeframe
