Clinical Nurse Manager 1 (CNM1)

• Registered General Nurse with NMBI with at least three years post registration experience.
• One years' experience in Palliative Care, Oncology or Haematology essential.
• Evidence of continuing professional development is essential.
• Possess well-developed interpersonal and effective organisational skills and be able to demonstrate a high standard of communication skills.
• Previous Managerial Experience is desirable.
• Qualification in Management is desirable.
• Motivation and have ability to work well in challenging and complex situations.
• Higher Diploma in Palliative Care (or Oncology) or a willingness to undertake one.
