Clinical Negligence Solicitor

A Top Ranked law firm amongst the Chambers & Partners and Legal500 is currently looking to expand their Clinical Negligence department with an additional Clinical Negligence Associate.

The team represents claimants and their families following on from poor medical treatment, files are often high value and complex.

Within this role you will be:

• Handling a wide range of your own clinical negligence files; with appropriate supervision


• Have a good understanding and knowledge of CPR and the law relating to clinical negligence


• Providing advice to clients on sensitive matters


• Drafting witness statements and pleadings


• Reviewing medical reports.

Previous experience within Clinical Negligence is essential
